Police have launched an investigation after a 28-year-old flight attendant based in Dubai fell to her death in India.
The incident happened around midnight on March 10 in Bengaluru. The deceased, identified as Archna Dhiman, fell to her death from the fourth floor of a high-rise building, police said.
Police have detained her boyfriend after preliminary investigation revealed that they had an argument prior to the incident.
Her boyfriend, Adesh, brought her to nearby hospital and alerted authorities about her death. Authorities have not ruled out suicide and also foul play.
Police said Dhiman worked for an international airline based in Dubai. She had arrived from Dubai to India to meet her boyfriend, a software company employee. The two met on a dating app six months ago.
On the night of the incident, the couple reportedly watched a movie and partied before returning to their apartment where it is believed an argument broke out between them. ICA/Expat Media
