The screening of Bollywood movie “Fighter” remained suspended in the UAE.
Film distributor Home Screen Entertainment first confirmed that the movie was suspended in the UAE, but did not give a reason for the suspension. There was no official statement from the UAE’s media regulatory authority National Media Council.
The action-drama starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone was removed from cinema listings on January 25. It was set to release on January 27.
