The Dh23 million grand prize at Big Ticket Abu Dhabi is certainly changing the lives of 21 people after the multi-million dirham jackpot went to their Nepali colleague.
Doha-based Ranjit Kumar Pal was announced the big winner during the draw on Friday (February 3). He bought winning ticket 232936 on January 16.
Pal, who has been living in Qatar for the past seven years, will be sharing the prize with 20 other colleagues and friends in the country.

He plans to spend his winnings on his family in Nepal where he was two sons, aged 5 and 10. He also says he plans to continue buying Big Ticket. “I plan to continue trying my luck at winning cash, gold, and dream car prizes,” Pal said.
