IIFA 2023 winners in Abu Dhabi: Full list

Hrithik Roshan, Drishyam 2 and Alia Bhatt were the big winners at the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) held in Abu Dhabi.

The two-day IIFA Awards, which began on Friday, was held at the Etihad Area, with the main awards ceremony on Saturday (May 27).

Roshan took the best leading actor award for Vikram Vedha, while Alia Bhatt took the best female leading actor award for her role in Gangubai Kathiadi. Drishyam 2 won Best Film while Drishyam and R Madhavan won best director for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.

The awards were held in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Miral. Here is the full list of winners:

Best Original Story: Perveez Sheikh and Jasmeet Reen for Darlings
Outstanding Achievement in Regional Cinema: Marathi film Ved, directed by Riteish Deshmukh
Best Debut (Male): Shantanu Maheshwari for Gangubai Kathiawadi and Babil Khan for Qala
Best Debut (Female): Khushali Kumar for Dhoka Around the Corner
Best Playback Singer (Female): Shreya Ghoshal for the song Rasiya from Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva
