5-day UAE weather forecast: more rain, haze expected

 

DUBAI – More rainfall and some haze are expected next week as unsettled weather continues in the UAE, according to the national weather bureau.

The forecast from National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) came as rainfall continued to hit parts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah also reported rain in Fujairah’s Masafi and Al Qurayya area on Saturday.

Here’s the weather forecast for the next 5 days:

Saturday, July 17

Dusty and partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with some rain clouds over scattered areas, with another decrease in temperatures. Light to moderate winds freshening at times and strong with the clouds, causing blowing dust and sand reducing visibility. The sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Sunday, July 18

Partly cloudy to cloudy and dusty at times, with some rain clouds especially over Eastern areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times, causing blowing dust and sand reducing visibility at times, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Monday, July 19

Partly cloudy in general and dusty at times during daytime, with a probability of some convective clouds formation over Eastern areas may extend to internal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Tuesday, July 20

Partly cloudy in general and dusty at times during daytime, with a chance of some convective clouds formation over some Eastern areas. With an increase in temperatures. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times causing blowing dust, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Wednesday, July 21

Partly cloudy in general and dusty at times during daytime, with a chance of some convective clouds formation over some Eastern areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times causing blowing dust, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
