DUBAI – Homegrown UAE fast food chain Chicking reported steady growth with the opening of its 157th global outlet this year.
The rising fast food giant opened a Halal-compliant restaurant in Auckland, New Zealand on Tuesday, barely a week after it opened two new outlets in The Netherlands.
The opening ceremonies were graced by A.K. Mansoor, Chairman and Managing Director of Chicking, and franchisees.
The fast food chain is also set to open its first outlet in Ramallah, Palestine this month.
Chicking has rapidly expanded in the UAE and around the world with an international, Halal-compliant menu consisting of fried or grilled chicken, pasta, pizza and burger steak.
It has been able to please the UAE’s multinational palate by bringing customised, multinational tastes to the table; introducing Kabayan breakfast meals for Filipino expats in the UAE and a Chicken Tikka meal for Indian expatriates.
Last month, Chicking opened its 17th outlet in Oman. GAD/Expat Media
