DUBAI – Fakhruddin Hotel & Suites in Dubai’s Sports City will now take on a new name as part of a rebranding that the hotel management hopes will set the bar for hotel apartments in the emirate.
The flagship property of the homegrown hotel brand will now be known as Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin.
The 304-room property is managed by a team of 100 professionals, led by Mohammed Sedky, the general manager.
“As part of the local rebranding strategy, Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin is our new brand and is a continuation of the grand legacy of our group,” Sedky told expatmedia.net.
Parent company, Fakhruddin Holdings, holds a diverse business portfolio in the UAE and the Middle East, which includes real estate, trading and manufacturing.
Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin is the group’s maiden foray into the UAE’s hotel industry.
Sedky described the four-star property in Dubai’s Sports City as an “incredible hospitality facility” owing to its proximity to sports arenas in the area and well maintained rooms and facilities.
Some cricket players of the ongoing Asia Cup 2018 are checked in at the hotel, which also recently hosted candidates, organisers and crew of Man of the Philippines-UAE, the biggest male pageant of its kind in Dubai.
“We are making great progress towards the vision of bringing a complete transformation in the hotel industry by providing fully serviced hotel apartments ranked number 1 among our competitors,” Sedky said.
He added that new facilities will be opened in the hotel soon.
“We have already collaborated efforts to bring the changes and in the next few months we will see the opening of a new restaurant, meeting rooms, children’s play area and many more facilities,” he said.
“We look forward in the near future to conquer more spots in Dubai with a massive expansion to Fakhruddin Hospitality,” he said, promising to “transform the hotel into a perfect corporate and leisure destination for all those take the pleasure of visiting Treppan”. ICA/Expat Media
