MANILA – Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will be immortalised at the Madame Tussaud was museum in Hong Kong as the first Filipino to have a wax figure there.
Wurtzbach’s wax version will don the cobalt blue ball gown created by Dubai-based designer Michael Cinco.
She first wore the gown when she passed on the crown to Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere of France.
“She will be the first ever Filipino to be in Madame Tussauds wax museum wearing this beautiful couture gown,” Cinco said in the post.
Cinco had said that the blue gown was a tribute to his best friend and fellow designer, Albert Andrada, who designed the outfit.
Andrada said Wurtzbach’s wax figure will appear as if the Miss Universe 2015 is crowning people who would pose for a photo. GAD/Expat Media
