DUBAI – After mesmerizing Abu Dhabi with her powerful performance in November’s 1MX concert, “Supreme” singer KZ Tandingan is set to rock Dubai in her first solo concert in the emirate in March.
The Filipina pop star will be performing at the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena on March 22. She will be joined by boyfriend and singer-songwriter TJ Monterde and R&B singer Jay-R.
Last year, KZ wowed the UAE crowd at Mubadala Arena with a unique take on Adele’s Rolling in the Deep that many fans said outranked her performance at Singer 2018 in China that saw her win against pop star Jessie J.
KZ’s UAE version of the song still featured a mix of her unique version of pop and electronica, but with a lengthier Filipino rap. Watch it here:
KZ’s unique personality and talent were first seen on her X-Factor Philippines stint, and that was just the beginning for this superb singer.
Her versatile artistry was put on the spotlight when she competed and won against international superstar Jessie J at the Singer 2018.
Her vocal prowess was further amplified by her powerful Wishclusive performances on board the iconic Wish Bus, where her original songs “Mahal Ko o Mahal Ako” and “Labo,” as well as her electrifying take on “Tadhana,” “Rolling in the Deep,” and “Two Less Lonely People in the Word” were bared to a global audience on Wish 107.5’s popular YouTube channel.
