DUBAI – Hotel staycations in Abu Dhabi will now be slightly cheaper as part of the Tomorrow 2021 programme announced recently.
According to the new program, hotel fees will be cheaper by Dh5. The tourism fee will also be reduced by 2.5 percent.
Hotel dining and services will also be cheaper with a 2 percent reduction on the municipality fee that is usually added to the bill.
On Tuesday, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, approved a number of initatives as part of theDh50 billion Abu Dhabi Government Accelerators Program ‘Ghadan 21’ or Tomorrow 2021.
The program earmarks a budget of more than Dh500 million to promote Abu Dhabi as a tourism destination in the next three years. GAD/Expat Media
