AJMAN – A spa in Ajman has launched an “innovative facial treatment” that uses colour therapy to boost your skin.
The CromoAroma Color Therapy in Eminence Spa at Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche was developed by Marzia Clinic Italia to treat skin at a molecular level.
A blast of red is used for anti-aging, blue for sensitive skin, green for balancing oily skin, orange for skin hydration, and violet for acne and blemished skin remedy.
According to the US National Library of Medicine, colour therapy or chromotherapy is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum or colours of electromagnetic radiation to cure diseases. It is a centuries-old concept used successfully over the years to cure various diseases.
“These visual colours with their unique wavelength and oscillations, when combined with a light source and selectively applied to impaired organs or life systems, provide the necessary healing energy required by the body,” according to the US National Library of Medicine.
