DUBAI – Abu Dhabi ushered in UAE National Day by setting a new world record for largest number of dominoes toppled in a circle.
Around 95,000 dominoes were used to create the Year of Zayed logo at Marina Mall on Saturday (December 1).
A team of expert domino artists assembled the dominoes for the event to mark the Year of Zayed and celebrate the UAE National Day, which falls on Sunday (December 2).
Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Vice President of Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, set off the first domino that created a chain reaction.
