DUBAI – Four people were killed after a burst tyre caused their SUV to overturn and crash in Ras Al Khaimah on Friday, police said.
The deceased included three Emiratis and one Asian resident. Police said the victims, aged 15 to 19, suffered fatal injuries from the accident, which also left three Emirati teens injured.
Colonel Mohammed Al Bahhar, head of traffic investigations and control of Ras Al Khaimah Police, said the accident happened along Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed road, close to Exit 122.
