RAS AL KHAIMAH – An Emirati toddler died after falling into the family’s swimming pool in Ras Al Khaimah, police said on Tuesday.
The incident happened on July 3, when the toddler slipped and fell into the pool.
She was rescued but was in a coma when she was taken to the Sqar hospital where doctors declared her brain dead.
She died on Tuesday at around 4am, doctors said.
Her death comes days after a similar incident in Ras Al Khaimah.
