DUBAI – What was supposed to be a corporate affair turned into an open party as Deira residents joined Emirates International Holdings Group’s UAE National Day celebration with food and entertainment.
The event in front of Philippine Supermarket in Al Muraqqabat in Deira hosted by EIHG’ CEO Abu Nader was graced by Philippine Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes with his wife Dr Yasmin Cortes, and Labour Attache Felicitas Bay.
Employees wearing t-shirts inspired by the colours of the UAE flag held a mini parade on the sidewalk followed by dance numbers. Guests and passers-by were also invited to a buffet.
