AJMAN – Fake designer items worth Dh30 million were seized in a raid on a villa in Ajman, with police also arresting 11 suspects.
Ajman Police said that police operatives conducted the raid after a tipoff from representatives of luxury brands.
Among the items recovered from the villa were shoes, bags, wallets, sunglasses and other accessories, said Lieutenant-Colonel Gaith Al Kaabi, director of Al Nuaimia police station.
Al Kaabi said that the suspects, all Chinese, were keeping them in stock for sale at Ajman China Mall and other shops in the emirate. DAJ/Expat Media
