DUBAI – The Dubai Crown Prince’s challenge to UAE residents to take on 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days ends on November 18, but the fitness fever is far from over.
Residents still have access to free daily fitness programs throughout Dubai (check out the events calendar here), with a weekend carnival planned on November 17 and 18 at Dubai Festival City to celebrate the closing of the Dubai Fitness Challenge. Both days will finish off with amazing fireworks displays.
Those who prefer to stay indoors can head to the Dubai Mall ice rink on the 17th and 18th for Fitness Expo Dubai where more than 50 international athletes, 300 body builders and 100 exhibitors will gather. There will be loads of classes, competitions and showdowns for everyone to enjoy.
Meanwhile, let’s check out the fitness buffs spotted at Skydive Dubai over the weekend
